Q: I’d like to arrange a visit from you to look at our grounds. Am I under any obligation to proceed with you should I decide that I don’t require your services?
A: No, not at all. We appreciate that a prospective client may have questions and need the reassurance of a site visit to confirm the suitability of a design. However, there is no obligation to proceed with our services following a visit.
Q: We already have a scheme that’s been designed by our local authority or another design house. Would you be happy to do the construction work for us?
A: Yes. Providing that the scheme has been designed in accordance with the relevant standards we would be happy to give you a quotation to do the construction work.
Q: Why don’t you publish a price list?
A: So many variables to take into account when designing and installing a new playground or installing a safer surface area mean that it is impossible to provide meaningful figures on this web site. Factors such as access, topography and ground conditions all have an impact on the cost of a project. We are very happy to give you a budget estimate on the phone once we’ve asked you a few questions – call us on 01249 444537- but the best thing to do is to arrange to see one of our very experienced managers at no obligation. They will produce an accurate quotation for your ideas.
